1998 Landmark Education Corp v Elle Magazine. Landmark Education Corp. sued Elle Magazine for libel, attempting to seek damages of 10 million dollars. The suit was regarding the Elle Magazine article by Rosemary Mahoney from August 1998, "Do you believe in Miracles?". The court judge granted Elle Magazine's motion for a dismissal.
