1994 Landmark Education v Cult Awareness Network. Initial complaint filing. Landmark Education was represented by attorney Walter P. Maksym. Just so happens that Walter Maksym represented Werner Erhard when he sued 20 defendants after the March 3, 1991 piece on 60 Minutes about Werner Erhard. Walter Maksym is the executive producer of the so-called "documentary", Transformation: The Live and Legacy of Werner Erhard. Maksym is also President of the company known as Walter Maksym publishing, that publishes the same books that the company Breakthru Publishing published. Breakthru Publishing produced the book, 60 Minutes and the Assassination of Werner Erhard, by Jane Self. Coincidences ?
